Personality/Demeanor: Cairo is a stone statue, both in personality and appearance. He has long since been a guardian, a knight, a watchman and knows little of modern ways of life and the very acceptable life of having a personal life. He notices all things around him, his mind always working, and he is very relaxed even though he looks like a rock.

Magickal Talents: Extremely, and even overly Hypnotic... can cause people to become his slave the moment they look dead on into his eyes.
Strengths: Age, history, and knowledge. He has a good, memorable, mind. He is a protector above all, and that would be his biggest strength.
Weaknesses/Flaws: The modern world. He does not quite understand why people choose the easy way out of things. Why people hurt each other so easily. He doesn't quite understand emotions because he has hidden them so well for a long time, never being able to get close to people other than those he guards - because of his hypnotic eyes.

He is tall, looks like what you'd imagine a guardian would look. Dresses plain, sometimes a little too plain, likes his armor even though he is told it makes him stand out in public.

Cairo spent most of his life in the background. Never standing up to do anything major, and almost always watching crashes rather than making them. He was born strong and lived a tough life of guarding those he cared about. He was made into a bodyguard and so that was his profession, even after joining a house. He befriended the Lady Rossignol, because she was one of few who could fully look upon him without becoming drunk with obsession. Only those he has an attach to can look upon him without being afraid and mentally bonded to his whim.
